As I said, we were up and out bright and early - 6:30 provided sufficient light. We planned a long day today at 68 miles. But we burned some fuel and let the engine get some exercise. it was supposed to be a cloudy, rainy day but it wasn't at all. It was beautiful blue skies all day.
The wind was up a bit at around 15mph.
Here we passed Titusville Marina. Again, we were the only northbound boat all day. With a strong northerly wind, the southbound sailboats were having a great day. Most were under at least one sail and on the ICW that is an infrequent sight.
Though today we experienced what we were suprised we did not before today- finally one boater on the radio asked us if we knew were going the "wrong way".
